Mecalab designed and manufactured the 316L stainless steel casing integrating two 3D-printed static mixers, intended for testing at a customer's facility in the chemical sector.
As part of a project for the chemical industry, Mecalab designed and manufactured the mechanical housing for two 3D-printed stainless steel static mixers. These mixers were inserted into a 316L stainless steel tube for full-scale mixing tests.
We produced the entire mechanical casing in-house, consisting of a 316L stainless steel tube fitted with two welded flanges. Cutting and welding were carried out with precision, followed by rigorous quality control to guarantee product conformity.
